We are very excited to announce that the Montessori School at Emory successfully began this new school year on August 3rd!
We are still committed to ensuring the safety and health of our community.
Learn below how far we are going to fulfill that commitment.
The Montessori School at Emory having served our community for almost 30 years has leaned forward into our "new normal" by being prepared in a COVID-19 world. We have sourced and forged relationships with vendors for all the supplies needed to ensure that we are able to maintain a COVID-19 safe environment as possible; right now, throughout our Summer Program and into the next school year. It is our goal to be as prepared for this future as much as any other school out there. We have already purchased and stock piled thousands of face masks and shoe coverings, hand sanitizers and wipes, virus grade spray and electrostatic spray equipment for both inside surfaces and outdoor playground equipment and surfaces. We have installed state-of-the-art thermal imaging units at our entrances that allow for non-contact fever screening of every person before they enter our school buildings.
