...where your child receives individualized instruction ensuring that your child is never bored but instead always challenged.
Imagine a school that engages the whole child not just academically but also socially, emotionally and physically. Montessori enjoys world renowned success because it draws on a child’s inherent love of learning.
Imagine your child in a multi-age classroom, collaborating with teachers and other students of different ages. Our multi-age classrooms initially offer your younger child role models to learn from, later as the older child they learn leadership qualities. Montessori gives your child a foundation upon which their entire education can be built upon.
Imagine a teacher that sparks your child’s imagination, fosters their interest, and encourages your child's interest in expanding upon lessons.
Imagine your child harvesting vegetables from their classroom garden. On any given day you can find our children gardening, cooking, enjoying the outdoors, or studying off-site.
Imagine a more independent child, respectful of others, confident, self-motivated, that has learned to think outside of the box, and loves school. We can help your child become that person!
Imagine giving your child the education you wish you could have had!
Our first Talk With the Guide is Thursday morning August 28th at 8:15. Our elementary teacher, Becca Peters, will be talking with parents about what they can do at home with their children to support their academic development.
Mark your calendar for the Annual School Picnic coming September 12th. This school wide event is a great way to kick off a new year and for everyone to get to know each other. We will take over Glenlake Park after school to play, eat, and talk. We hope you can make it!
We have added some great new pieces to our playground spaces. There is a pirate ship and chalkboards. We have also ordered some amazing outdoor instruments including a gong, whale drum, and chime wall that will be a permanent part of our outdoor environments come late September.
The start of the year kick off meetings went very well. We hope that everyone found these meetings to be very informative and got to know other families in your child's class. If you were unable to attend, ask the front desk or your child's teacher for any information you missed.
